BE BASKETBALL development program (7 - 16 years)
Our very successful Development Program at BE Basketball is for the beginner and intermediate level players who require specific fundamental skills-trainings.
This program is designed to provide children and young people the opportunity to learn new basketball skills in a fun and instructional environment while utilizing all of the BE Basketball professional training equipment and methodology. Athletes are divided by age and ability, and can attend 1 or 2 days per week at a convenient location across Doha (see below).
Each session combines offensive development, skill stations, shooting mechanics, functional movements, conditioning and other fundamental skill components. The program is suitable for any player looking to improve their overall game and enjoyment playing basketball. This unique class is tailored to the majority of our athletes and focuses on Triple Threat (passing/shooting/dribbling) fundamentals in a fun yet structured format.

DEVELOPMENT
Designed for boys & girls aged 6 and over, our professional trainers teach important skills required to play the beautiful game of basketball.
All players will train twice weekly with the added option of experiencing our exciting weekly BE League (all ages).
ALL STARS
ON SELECTION ONLY - Catered to our most passionate, talented and disciplined players, here we focus on performance and high-level game understanding.
Every player will receive 2 weekly practices of 90-mins & a Saturday game.
SATURDAY GAMES
Players must play! Our Saturday weekend league is the added game-time component allowing everyone at BE BASKETBALL to experience the game with an exciting atmosphere.
This is an additional feature to the Train to Play program.
GIRLS ONLY PROGRAM
Within our Development program is our dedicated girls-only basketball school. Based at the University of Doha and led by our experienced female Coach Julia. Players will train twice a week and have access to our Saturday BE League.
USA PARTNER - DME
We have created a pipeline from Doha to the USA. Each year BE BASKETBALL and DME (top 5 basketball academy in the US) organize training camps in Doha and Florida.
Three players from Doha have already transferred to DME and graduated with college playing positions in college.
DME Academy produced most recent rising star in the NBA, Keegan Murray in 2022.
